Board of Directors announce 2011 preliminary rates

Policy and Research Division – Amendments to Rehabilitation Services and Claims Manual
Policy changes to Chapter 3 of the Rehabilitation Services and Claims Manual will take effect July 1, 2010. The policies regard the determination of whether a worker’s personal injury or death arises out of and in the course of employment and were originally approved by The Board of Directors at the October 2007 meeting.
Review Division – Amendments to Practices and Procedures Manual
The Review Division has adopted interim amendments to its Practices and Procedures Manual, responding to issues related to the granting of extensions of time to appeal (Items B2.4.2.1. – B2.4.2.6.).
