Living with the consequences of a significant injury is difficult: anger, frustration, anxiety, and depression can affect not just you, but your family as well.
If you or your family members are in distress, crisis counsellors are available to help. They will provide telephone support to you and your family and refer you to services in your community.
If you are in psychological or emotional crisis please call 1 800 624-2928. If you need urgent medical attention, call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
